Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in events, media, advertising, or related industries.
  • Background in handling corporate clients, agencies, or brand activations is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with event production elements such as staging, lighting, AV systems, and logistics is highly preferred.

Core Skills:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prepare marketing proposals, pitch decks, and project briefs tailored to client needs.
  • Knowledgeable in market trends and competitor analysis in the events and entertainment space.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Experience with social media management, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.

Personal Attributes:

  • Creative, dynamic, and client-oriented.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willing to go on-site for client meetings, oculars, and event execution as needed.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong network or ability to build connections within the corporate, government, and brand marketing sectors.
  • Willing to work extended hours or weekends, especially during event seasons.
  • Must be willing to travel for client meetings or event executions (within or outside the city/province).

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Training or certifications in event management, sales, or digital marketing is an advantage.
