POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing retail team. This role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service, presenting products effectively, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The Sales Associate will also support daily store operations while working to achieve both individual and team sales goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–2 years of retail sales experience (required).
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in engaging customers.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
  • Experience with online or live selling platforms is an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers and assist them in selecting products by explaining features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle payments according to company procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and maintain pricing, promotions, and store standards.
  • Assist the Store Manager and team with daily store operations and customer service tasks.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets through a consultative, customer-first approach.
  • Suggest additional or complementary products using upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Keep the sales area clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including social media updates, live selling events, in-store promotions, and campaigns.
  • Inform customers about ongoing promotions, special offers, and new product arrivals.
  • Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through personalized service and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports as assigned, on a daily or weekly basis.

KEY SKILLS

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers through social media channels.
  • Ability to demonstrate products or conduct live selling sessions is a plus.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Open to assignments at different store or office locations as needed.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Dependable, adaptable, and ready to take on additional responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php600.00 per day
