Job Description:

· Actively support the sales team for new sales opportunities through cold-calling, telemarketing and emailing.

· Support sales team to increase customer base and revenue through awareness of local market trends and intelligence.

· Deliver consistent high-quality customer services by possessing customer focus attitude, with the ability to recommend an appropriate solution and creating value.

· Updating of bi-monthly or monthly rates for International and Forwarding transactions from various shipping lines.

· Collating schedules from various shipping lines.

· Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and improve customer's experience.

· Complete and update daily and weekly reporting in a timely and accurate manner.

· Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.

· Developing in-depth knowledge of company's service features and benefits.

· Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.

· Assist the Sales Team in sending of proposals, updated rates and shipping schedules to customers.

· Creating a sales pipeline with the Sales team to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.

· Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.

· Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives.

· Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
