Job Summary:

The Internet Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and expanding the company's social media sales channels for projects in the South area. The role focuses on executing online sales strategies, generating leads, handling digital inquiries, and supervising the online marketing team to achieve sales and engagement targets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to sales-related messages and inquiries received through the company's social media selling platforms for South-based projects.
  • Develop, implement, and track online marketing initiatives geared toward producing qualified leads and achieving digital sales goals.
  • Set up and administer online advertising campaigns and promotional activities according to approved timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to schedule weekly and monthly posts, ads, and promotional materials.
  • Strengthen the company's social media presence (especially on Facebook) by creating compelling graphics and posts that drive engagement.
  • Post regular, relevant content such as lifestyle tips, DIY ideas, home-related insights, and investment information to maintain audience interest.
  • Oversee and refine paid advertising activities to ensure proper handling of leads and inquiries for optimal conversion.
  • Keep an updated customer database with accurate information gathered from ads and social media interactions.
  • Manage and support Internet Marketing Specialists, ensuring effective lead handling, follow-ups, and closing to meet sales objectives.
  • Maintain a positive online brand image by promoting positive feedback and addressing negative comments professionally.
  • Build ongoing relationships with online sellers to improve performance and retention.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, campaign performance, and sales results, including recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist sellers with client communication via calls, messages, meetings, or site visits when necessary.
  • Process sales reports, payment requests, and sellers' allowances efficiently and on time.
  • Address seller concerns related to commissions, incentives, and payouts.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of project details, pricing, promotions, and current digital marketing trends.
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify new opportunities for online selling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably with digital or online selling exposure
  • Competent in computer use, sales copywriting, content creation, SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies
  • Experienced and active in social media marketing, especially on Facebook
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and facilitation abilities
