About This RoleAs event manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase brand awareness, expand our network, and generate new leads through a strategic approach to events. We host a variety of events, from smaller meet-ups to bigger co-sponsored events and conferences, all within web3.

You will contribute to events planning, management, and execution, which involves overseeing and managing online and offline, both small and large-scale events. You will take our events to the next level and create meaningful connections within the industry. Key ResponsibilitiesTake charge of planning and executing social Web 3.0 events online and offline, both small and large-scale events and conferences smoothly and successfully to promote Sending Labs' product family, services, and brand, with the aim of attracting new users to use the SendingMe App and join our community.

Create promotional materials and marketing campaigns to attract attendees, utilizing various channels such as social media and communities. Collaborate with sponsors, speakers, partners, and attendees from the Web 3 community to create mutually beneficial partnerships that enhance the quality and reach of our events or secure opportunities for our team to deliver presentations and speeches. Develop comprehensive event plans, including budgets, timelines, and logistics, encompassing venue selection, invitations, catering, and on-site coordination.

Generate compelling and relevant content for PR articles, press releases, and other promotional materials to effectively communicate our key messages and value proposition. Actively seek out media coverage opportunities and engage with different media outlets to secure placements for our articles, thereby maximizing our visibility and reach. Lead and manage a team of event assistants, volunteers, and support staff.

Collect feedback from attendees and stakeholders, and analyze event metrics and performance to improve future event planning. Track and monitor news sources, social media platforms, forums, and blogs for mentions, discussions, or sentiments related to pre-event and post-event. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, or a related major.1-3 years of experience in event management for B2C internet/software services at an internet Web2/Web3 company.

Experience in organizing small to large-scale online and offline events, preferably within the web3, crypto, or blockchain space. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience growing product adoption and defining product differentiation in the marketplace.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities, workflow, and people. Strong business sense and a commitment to excellence/high standards. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, dynamic environment.
