Event Coordinator Job

Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team.

The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, timelines, workflows, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, including logistics, content, speakers, organizers, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Maximize event activation by driving traffic to the event, engaging attendees effectively, and generating high-quality leads.
  • Coordinate digital event elements, such as landing pages, registration, email campaigns, social media promotion, and webinar platforms.
  • Manage post-event activities, including thank-you communications, follow-up surveys, on-demand content sharing, and performance reporting.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in marketing or event management preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in event coordination or management, preferably in the software industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end events, including campaign promotion, audience engagement, event delivery, and post-event follow-up.
  • Strong proficiency in event software, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools.
