Strategic Event Manager Job Description:

The Strategic Event Manager role is a key member of our team, responsible for developing and executing events and activations plans to elevate brand presence and drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate forward-thinking events and activations strategy that enhances market presence and drives business growth.
  • Innovate and integrate emerging trends in events and experiential marketing into the overall strategic plan.
  • Lead external agencies fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to leverage strategic partnerships for events and activations.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of experiential efforts, ensuring consistency in brand representation and messaging.
  • Manage logistics for large-scale events, including product launches, and regional campaigns.
  • Establish and track comprehensive KPIs to measure the success and impact of events on brand visibility, customer engagement, and business objectives.
  • Utilize analytics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 5+ in planning and executing successful events and activations. Events agency experience is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking, creativity and a knack for storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.
