As a seasoned events professional, you will play a key role in developing and executing business-to-business (B2B) event strategies that drive growth and innovation.

Job Description:

Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, managing all aspects from inception to completion. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and agencies to ensure seamless execution and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define event objectives, scope, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring effective performance tracking.
  • Manage event budgets to achieve cost efficiency and adherence to approved resources.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for event agencies, vendors, and partners, providing clear briefs and overseeing quality execution.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Research, Sponsorship, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across all event elements.
  • Act as the Project Management Office (PMO) for events, managing timelines, deliverables, communications, and mitigating risks for successful execution.
  • Compile post-event reports analyzing performance against KPIs and deliver actionable recommendations for improvement.

You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of B2B event strategy and execution for our client. To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of event marketing or management experience, preferably within B2B environments.
  • A proven track record of managing and executing successful events from inception to completion, on time and within budget.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, managing multiple events simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship-builder, adept at collaborating with agencies, cross-functional teams, and vendors.
  • Experience managing international events is a plus.
  • Outcome-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality results aligned with business objectives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills to cover projects across APAC.
