JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for supporting and implementing the branch marketing strategies and research. Generate new borrowers, agents, and contacts. Getting connections and networks from agents and Manning Agencies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares an itinerary of accounts to be visited
  • Conducts actual visitation of the prospect area.
  • Accredits agents
  • Distributes flyers
  • Contributes ideas on Facebook content
  • Marketing of accounts through online (social media)
  • Establish good relationships with the manning contacts.
  • Conducts competitor research.
  • Recommend strategies on customer service.
  • Builds strong relationships with customers.
  • Ensures maintenance of office, equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Liquidates weekly gasoline expense advance if applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS:


With good communication and social skills

Creative, pro-active, team player, results oriented, trustworthy, patient, and persistent

Driving a motorcycle and willing to use it for official business

Can work with minimum supervision

Can work under pressure

Resident of Manila and familiar with Manila or Makati area and other nearby areas/towns.

Preferably with sales or marketing experience

Can express self and ideas clearly both in oral and in writing
