The primary duty of a Sales Associate is to promote sales of KARIMADON's products and/or services through excellent customer service. They welcome customers, guide them through the products, answer questions and make sure guests have a pleasant shopping experience.

Job Description:

  • Promote sales through excellent shopping experience (e.g. welcoming customers, ensuring clean & orderly store)
  • Staying knowledgeable about our range of products and explaining to customers the best products for their needs
  • Explaining the features, advantages, and benefits of products and how to use them to achieve the best results
  • Accepting and processing orders, operating the POS and resolve returns issues
  • Ensure smooth day to day operations inside assigned branch
  • In charge of reviewing daily sales and sending of sales to mall and head office
  • Reporting sales, inventory, customer feedback, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Pleasing personality with a heart for customer service
  • With experience in sales (fashion industry) preferred
  • Applicants must be willing to work in ROBINSONS ERMITA
  • Can start ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php695.00 per day
