  • Sales strategy: Assist the sales manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and drive growth.
  • Business development: Focus on developing new business by identifying and pursuing opportunities for expansion within the HORECA market.
  • Account management: Develop and manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Operations oversight: Oversee daily sales operations, which can include tracking sales, managing accounts, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales initiatives.
  • Reporting and analysis: Analyze sales data and provide reports to help maintain a suitable inventory and support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Food and Beverage Services Management or Business Administration, is often preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in sales, particularly within the food or hospitality industry, is crucial. Specific experience in distribution, logistics, or HORECA sales is highly advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Work Arrangement: willing to work onsite at Ermita, Manila
