Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Lead Associate – Process Training (USRN)
to support our USRN Healthcare account. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in training delivery, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of US Healthcare processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Quality teams to identify performance gaps from a training perspective.
  • Analyze performance data and provide recommendations to meet target metrics.
  • Conduct content research, create training outlines, develop training materials, and design knowledge assessments.
  • Deliver and facilitate training programs for PHRNs and USRNs.
  • Provide floor support and communication coaching to all employees, including leadership and support staff.
  • Develop supplemental training activities or modules to enhance existing programs.
  • Apply adult learning principles to training delivery.
  • Gather operational data to measure training program effectiveness.
  • Prepare and analyze training reports, including effectiveness measures and completion reports.
  • Propose improvement initiatives based on training effectiveness scores.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Training Specialist handling a USRN Healthcare account.
  • BS Nursing graduate, licensed PHRN, and must hold a
    current, unrestricted US Registered Nurse license
    in at least one state.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with strong judgment, multi-task, problem-solve, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong skills in time management, organization, and problem-solving.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in the US Healthcare vertical.
  • At least 1 year of experience in virtual training delivery preferred.
  • Familiarity with Effectiveness Measures for Training.
