We are hiring for a Training Associate

Help us grow our people, strengthen our teams, and level up our organization.

As a Training Associate, you'll support the development of training programs that empower our employees to learn, grow, and perform at their best. You'll help identify learning needs, create straightforward training materials, and support sessions that make a real impact on everyday work.

This role is perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, collaborative, and excited to build meaningful learning experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Identify basic training needs and support skills gap assessments
  • Create simple, clear training materials and learning activities
  • Deliver training sessions (onsite, online, or via e-learning)
  • Work with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate and updated
  • Gather feedback to help improve future sessions
  • Support employees and managers with training-related questions
  • Assist with new hire onboarding
  • Keep training records organized and complete
  • Coordinate schedules, venues, and materials for training programs

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of training design (or willingness to learn)
  • Comfortable using LMS, e-learning tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine interest in helping people learn and grow
