Job Summary:

Responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for US Registered Nurses (USRNs) and Philippine Registered Nurses (PHRNs) supporting US healthcare accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, performance gap analysis, and training governance to ensure employees meet performance standards and deliver quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Quality teams to identify performance gaps from a training perspective.
  • Research content, create training outlines, and develop training materials, evaluation tools, and knowledge assessments.
  • Deliver and facilitate training programs for PHRNs and USRNs, both in-person and virtually.
  • Provide floor support and communication coaching to employees, including leadership and support teams.
  • Develop supplemental activities or modules to enhance existing training programs and initiatives.
  • Apply adult learning principles in all training design and delivery.
  • Gather data from operations to assess training program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare and present training reports, including completion rates and effectiveness measures.
  • Analyze training effectiveness scores and propose initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with training governance standards and organizational requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of
    2–3 years of experience
    as a
    Training Specialist
    handling a
    USRN Healthcare account
    .
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
    graduate;
    Licensed Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN)
    and
    US-Licensed Registered Nurse (USRN)
    with a current and unrestricted license in at least one US state.
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Office applications
    , particularly
    PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
    .
  • Strong ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Fast learner with strong multi-tasking, problem-solving, and confidentiality skills.
  • Demonstrated strength in
    time management, organization, and problem solving
    .
  • Solid knowledge and experience in the
    US Healthcare vertical
    .
  • Excellent
    facilitation skills
    , with at least
    1 year of experience
    in virtual training delivery preferred.
  • Familiarity with
    training effectiveness measures
    and reporting.
