As a Process Improvement Associate within the Client Onboarding Services Talent Enablement team, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing Human Resources enterprise initiatives and learning programs. You will demonstrate strong project management skills to ensure effective planning, execution, and successful delivery of key projects that support our organizational goals.

Job responsibilities:

  • Initiate data preparation, management, workflow optimization, and process automation to support organizational objectives.
  • Proactively identifies manual processes and implements automation solutions using Alteryx, with a strong focus on operations, requirements gathering, business KPI analysis, and the development of efficient, accurate workflows.
  • Utilizes experience with Large Language Models to create intelligent solutions and automated workflows that enhance business processes.
  • Designs and develops Tableau dashboards, or effectively communicates dashboard requirements to data analysts, to support training and learning program objectives.
  • Demonstrates proficiency with technology and adaptability in learning new systems, including potential support for Learning Management System (LMS) administration and WordPress website management.
  • Serves as a data advocate within the team, promoting data literacy and keeping the team informed of the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Ensures adherence to security and compliance standards, actively sharing and enforcing these standards across the team.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong focus on HR enterprise initiatives and learning program environments.
  • Advanced expertise in data preparation, management, workflow optimization, and automation, including hands-on experience with tools such as Alteryx.
  • Proficiency in designing Tableau dashboards or collaborating effectively with data analysts to develop dashboards that support training and learning programs.
  • Practical experience working with Large Language Models to develop intelligent business solutions and automated workflows.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Knowledge with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and WordPress.
  • Demonstrated success in working with HR metrics programs, leveraging HR data to inform decision-making and drive program outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to advocate for data-driven practices and educate team members on emerging industry trends.
  • Solid understanding of security and compliance standards, with experience implementing and upholding these standards within a team environment.
