As the IT Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and optimal performance of the company's IT infrastructure. This role oversees core IT functions and manages teams to deliver effective technical solutions to ensure reliability, efficiency, and uninterrupted connectivity.

In this role you will:

IT Operations and Infra Management

• Maintain IT infrastructure, including network, servers, systems, VoIP and IT facilities.
• Lead the IT support and development teams; assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of quality technical and software solutions.
• Manage and support IT and development projects, including infrastructure upgrades, cloud deployments, system migrations, automation, and application improvements.
• Oversee helpdesk operations and technical support activities, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents, proper escalation, and detailed documentation.
• Contribute to and implement robust security measures, including firewall configuration, endpoint security systems management, user access control, and security compliance audits.

Technical Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare and present regular reports covering IT operations, development updates, analyses and recommendations.
• Coordinate and maintain comprehensive IT policies, procedures, and technical documentation, including recovery and business continuity plans.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate and coordinate with various departments to identify technology requirements, provide solutions, and ensure IT services and development initiatives align with organizational goals.
• Manage IT asset inventory, procurement, and lifecycle, ensuring efficient allocation of equipment and resources in coordination with the Admin and Facilities teams.
• Participate in IT-related activities, product demonstrations, and project planning sessions.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by the IT Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in IT operations or support, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Advanced technical knowledge in computer troubleshooting, network management, and systems administration (Windows/MacOS).
• Proficient in Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices, firewall management, and business continuity planning.
• Knowledgeable in a range of programming languages, including but not limited to, PowerShell, VB Scripting, and PHP/MySQL.
• Experience in managing helpdesk systems, IT ticketing tools, and performance metrics.
• Amenable to work on shifting schedules, including weekends, and holidays, as needed to ensure continuous support.
