Position: Operations & Sales Manager

Work Location: Galleria Corporate Center, Quezon City

Employment Type: Full-time

Do you have the perfect balance of sales drive and operations expertise? Join our growing team We're a sourcing and supply solutions company (like Shopee/Lazada style, but more personalized for businesses). Your role will be to run operations smoothly while also driving sales and winning new clients—from any industry, for any kind of product.

What You'll Do:

  • Source and negotiate with suppliers for all types of client needs (from office supplies to specialty products).
  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Find and close new clients across different industries and sectors.
  • Hit sales targets and help us grow

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales + operations/procurement (B2B preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship skills.
  • Track record of hitting sales targets.
  • Organized, resourceful, and tech-savvy.
  • Bonus: Experience with e-commerce or multi-category sourcing.
