Role Description

A full-time Operations Lead in Makati
responsible for developing strategies for process improvement and documentation of business workflows across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document and map business workflows across all departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Develop strategies for process improvement to enhance productivity and minimize inefficiencies.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of new projects to meet organizational goals.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance using KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct regular meetings with department leads to stay informed about the latest developments and challenges.
  • Report progress, key updates, and critical issues directly to the founder.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for business expansion and team growth.
  • Ensure cross-departmental collaboration to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Maintain a continuous focus on aligning operational strategies with the company's vision and mission.

Qualifications

  • Business graduate is preferred
  • Must be a quick learner, and exhibit an entrepreneurial, inter-disciplinary and practical mindset
  • 3+ work experience, and a background in change and people management is a plus
  • Strong numerical ability, presentation, and communication skills
