What will you do?

As the
IT Operations Lead / Coordinator
, you will help manage and organize the daily IT operations of the organization. You will lead operational activities, guide other team members, and ensure that projects, systems, and resources are effectively managed. You will also interact with clients, help manage IT-related projects, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services.

This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of IT experience who are ready to take on early leadership, client coordination, and project management responsibilities.

Your responsibilities:

● Coordinate and oversee day-to-day IT operational activities.

● Guide and support team members in completing IT-related tasks

● Assist in delegating tasks and monitoring progress to ensure service quality.

● Maintain IT records, documentation, and operational reports.

● Communicate with clients to understand requirements, resolve concerns, and provide updates.

● Support project coordination, including timelines, task follow-ups, and client deliverables.

● Ensure IT practices follow company policies and basic security standards.

● Support continuous improvement of IT operations and processes.

● Work with other departments to align IT services with business needs.

Ideally, you will bring the following with you:

● Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

● 1–2 years of experience in IT support, operations, or related functions.

● Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (computers, networks, systems).

● Strong organizational skills with an interest in management and coordination

● Good communication skills, especially in dealing with clients and internal stakeholders.

● Willingness to learn and step into a leadership role.

We welcome additional skills and experience:

● Experience in client-facing roles or basic project coordination.

● Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

● Ability to manage tasks and priorities under time pressure.

● Familiarity with IT security or project management tools is a plus but not required.
