Job description

Delivery Lead (DL) will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of builds, enhancements, and bug fixes of assigned channels/products. The DL will manage cross functional development teams, align technical execution with business priorities, and ensure delivery meets security, compliance, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the software delivery cycle, from planning to production deployment, for assigned channels/products

  • Work closely with product, business analyst, solution design, quality assurance, developers and scrum master to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks

  • Define delivery timelines, track progress, and ensure delivery meets agreed objectives

  • Serve as primary technical contact for stakeholders and third-party partners

  • Communicate delivery risks, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders

  • Guide development team on architecture, design, and implementation strategies

  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and align with best practices

  • Drive adoption of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Quality Assurance practices

  • Collaborate with tech leads and architects on staffing, priorities, and technical debt management

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 years' experience as Delivery Lead, experience in banking industry is an advantage

  • Strong technical background with experience in relevant technologies and platforms.

  • Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.

  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Experience with risk management and mitigation.

Job Types: Fixed term, Temporary

Pay: Php90, Php110,000.00 per month
