We are looking for a WalterMart Digital Platform Supervisor to manage and optimize the functionality, performance, and security of our WM Digital Platform.

Job Summary:

As the WalterMart Digital Platform Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation and performance of the Digital Platform. You will work closely with various functional teams to optimize user experience, monitor system health, and resolve platform-related issues to ensure seamless operations for all users.

Responsibilities:

  • System Maintenance & Upkeep: Identify system requirements, install platform upgrades, and continuously monitor system performance to ensure the platform is always operational.
  • Platform Analysis & Reporting: Regularly review platform functionalities, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable recommendations to relevant teams. Conduct performance analysis and data reporting for the Operations, Logistics, and Support teams.
  • Platform Upgrades & Testing: Collaborate with vendors for platform upgrades, test new features, and implement updates that improve system performance.
  • Data Integrity & System Monitoring: Perform daily checks to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and overall system health by analyzing logs and resolving potential issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in Operations, Merchandising, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure platform optimization for both internal and external users.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune platform performance. Run load/stress tests and escalate issues to vendors for resolution.
  • Ticket Management: Prioritize and manage platform-related tickets, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
  • System Design & Security: Design and maintain system infrastructure based on access, information, and security requirements. Ensure platform security by monitoring user access and system controls.
  • Regular Status Updates: Provide daily and weekly updates on website and app diagnostics, platform performance, and project status.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in platform management, system administration, or similar roles.
  • Experience with system monitoring, data analytics, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to identify platform issues and propose solutions quickly.
