What You'll Be Bringing To The Table
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role preferably within a BPO or shared services-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) or Google Sheets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Familiarity with project management tools and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team
Your Daily Tasks


• Assist Operations with administrative tasks, reports and day-to-day tasks


• Collaborate with clients, Operations, and HR to monitor staff attendance and productivity


• Monitor real-time adherence and attendance, ensuring alignment with scheduled shifts


• Create weekly and monthly performance reports (productivity, attendance, adherence)


• Manage workforce monitoring tools to review and optimize productivity, including discrepancies


• Analyze trends and workforce data to identify and address areas for improvement


• Implement and enforce compliance with company policies


• Create and discuss minor NTEs on attendance or compliance


• Coordinate with Team Leaders and Managers to handle shift swaps, leaves, and absences


• Develop, maintain, and optimize staff schedules based on workload and requirements


• Build dashboards and visualizations as needed
