Your Role Key Responsibilities Design & Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with the Business Development, Strategy, and Creative teams to design high-impact presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and case studies that clearly communicate Kepler’s value proposition and capabilities. Creative Concepting: Support the development of new business pitches and creative assets by turning strategic insights and campaign ideas into visually engaging materials that resonate with global clients. Brand Alignment: Ensure all design output adheres to Kepler’s brand identity and visual standards across presentations and sales materials. Template Customization: Adapt master templates and create client-specific versions tailored to industry verticals, audiences, and campaign needs. Data Visualization: Turn complex data, research findings, and campaign results into clear, visually engaging infographics, charts, and diagrams. Cross-Team Collaboration: Join brainstorming sessions and internal reviews when needed to align design execution with pitch strategy. Open to participating in client-facing conversations if required. Project Management: Handle multiple deadlines and overlapping requests while maintaining high-quality output and attention to detail. Help manage and maintain a design asset library for faster turnarounds. Design Trends & Tools: Stay current on presentation design trends, storytelling best practices, and emerging tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC, AI design tools). Rapid Iteration: Develop and refine mock-ups or prototypes for key presentations based on feedback from BD and strategy leads. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent experience or strong portfolios will also be considered. 3–5+ years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or visual communication—preferably in a creative agency, consulting firm, or B2B environment. Exceptional proficiency in Google Slides is a must, including the ability to adapt existing Kepler-branded templates and build custom slides that align with client or industry aesthetics. A strong design portfolio with emphasis on presentation design is required. A web-based or PDF portfolio link must be submitted with application. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is highly preferred. Able to turn complex ideas, data, or strategies into clear, visually compelling slides and layouts. Strong communication skills — excellent written and spoken English, with keen attention to grammar and layout accuracy. Collaborative, resourceful, and responsive — comfortable working with cross-functional teams across time zones using tools like Slack and Google Workspace. Highly organized with strong time management skills — able to manage shifting priorities and provide fast turnarounds under pitch pressure. Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney) to enhance copy clarity or support visual ideation is a plus. Bonus: Experience with basic animation or interactive presentation elements (e.g., transitions, embedded media) is a plus.
