This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and driven by results. Key Responsibilities CRM & Pipeline Management – Build, customize, and maintain sales pipelines for different offers or client segments. Set up opportunity stages with automation triggers (e.g., email/SMS when moving between stages). Manage contact records – imports, segmentation, tagging, and cleanup. Funnel & Website Development – Design and build high‑converting landing pages, funnels, and microsites inside GHL. Configure form and survey builders for lead capture and client onboarding. Integrate membership sites for gated content, training, or client portals. Automation & Workflow Setup – Create workflow automations for lead nurturing, onboarding, re‑engagement, and upsells. Configure triggers, conditions, and actions (emails, texts, task creation, pipeline movement). Build calendar booking automations with reminders and follow‑ups. Integrations & Tech Setup – Connect SMTP/email providers and domain setups for GHL‑hosted pages and email. Integrate with 3rd‑party tools via Zapier, Make.com, Pabbly, or API connections. Configure payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal) and recurring billing inside GHL. Set up white‑labeled domains and hosting speed optimization (e.g., VPS setup). Campaign & Marketing Support – Create email and SMS campaigns inside GHL with proper templates and sequences. Track and optimize open/click rates and campaign conversion performance. Launch social media and ad campaign tracking through GHL integrations. Reporting & Analytics – Build custom dashboards for leads, sales, and marketing KPIs. Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly reports. Ongoing Optimization – Conduct A/B testing on funnels, emails, and SMS sequences. Requirements Proven GoHighLevel expertise – minimum 3+ years hands‑on experience building funnels, automations, and CRM workflows, preferably including early adoption or advanced feature usage. Funnel & landing page development skills with a portfolio of high‑converting pages, integrated forms, and survey systems. Marketing automation proficiency, including building workflows, triggers, conditional logic, and integrating with external platforms via Zapier, Make.com, or similar. CRM customization skills – building pipelines, dashboards, opportunity stages, and reporting to track marketing and sales performance. Website & theme customization within GHL, including white‑label configurations, domain setup, and VPS optimization for faster load speeds. Integration capabilities with third‑party tools (email providers, payment gateways, membership platforms, analytics tools). Campaign setup & management – email/SMS campaign creation, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance optimization. Design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or in‑platform GHL customization for logos, color themes, and branded assets.
