Qualifications:

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus)
  • Proven experience in outbound calls, appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead generation (B2B preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism

Preferred

  • Experience with outbound calling in B2B environments (e.g., SaaS, IT services, consulting)
  • Familiarity with sales funnels and pipeline development
  • Knowledge of the target industry or product
  • Comfortable with cold outreach via phone, email, or LinkedIn

Job Roles:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Research and identify potential business clients through online databases, LinkedIn, industry directories, and other sources.
  • Make outbound calls, emails, and messages to engage decision-makers in target companies.

Appointment Setting:

  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, budget, and decision-making process.
  • Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Follow up on previous contacts and nurture warm leads

CRM & Database Management:

  • Accurately record all prospect interactions and updates in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Maintain and organize lead lists for efficient follow-up and performance tracking.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales representatives and marketing teams to align messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide feedback on call outcomes, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness.

Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs including call volume, appointments set, and lead conversion rates.
