We work with luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, partnering with top architects, interior designers, and developers. We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our market reach and position our brand as the preferred choice in luxury and sustainable design.
Key Responsibilities: Develop & Strengthen Architect & Designer Relationships
Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors to ensure our products are specified in high-end projects.
Host presentations, lunch-and-learn sessions, and networking events with design professionals. Drive Sales & Market Expansion
Identify and pursue high-value projects in luxury residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality sectors.
Collaborate with real estate developers, luxury homebuilders, and hospitality brands to specify our products.
Create and execute strategic business development plans to meet revenue targets. Project & Specification Management
Work closely with design teams, project managers, and procurement teams to ensure product inclusion in specifications.
Monitor and track key projects from design to installation, ensuring smooth execution.
Brand Positioning & Industry Engagement
Represent the company at architectural and design events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
Develop strategic partnerships with luxury building product brands and industry influencers.
Key Qualifications:
Proven Experience in Luxury Architectural Sales
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or specification management in luxury building materials, high-end furniture, lighting, smart home tech, or architectural solutions.
Strong existing network within the architectural and design community. Industry Knowledge & Business Acumen
Understanding of luxury design trends, sustainable architecture, and high-performance building materials.
Experience in working with real estate developers, hospitality brands, and premium design firms.
Sales-Driven & Relationship- Proven ability to influence product specifications and drive sales in premium markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
