About the role

ARAM ENTERPRISES INC' is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Angeles City Pampanga. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling non-voice customer inquiries and support for AT&T accounts. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and opportunities for career growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
  2. Provide accurate information about AT&T products and services
  3. Process orders, account changes, and other customer requests
  4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
  5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  6. Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a call centre environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and software
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  6. Familiarity with AT&T products and services is preferred
