About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at StaffSmart Outsourcing. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. This role is based in Angeles, Pampanga.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries and concerns
  2. Providing accurate and detailed information to customers
  3. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  6. Adhering to all company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. No BPO experience needed
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  4. Proficiency in English and the local language
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  7. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
