Customer Service Representative (Onsite)

Job Description:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with account questions, wagering support, and general troubleshooting.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Senior Customer Service Representative when needed.
  • Follow customer service protocols and ensure accurate records of interactions.
  • Contribute to a high-quality customer experience and meet performance targets.

Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service (live chat/email preferred).
  • Experience in the iGaming/wagering industry is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat/email inquiries simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
