About the role

StaffSmart Outsourcing is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bridgetowne, Pasig. As a full-time Customer Service Representative (Travel Account) - Airlines, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients in the travel industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound calls from customers and responding to email inquiries efficiently and effectively
  • Providing accurate information and guidance on travel-related services and products
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Updating customer records and maintaining detailed transaction logs
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to deliver high-quality service

What we're looking for

  • No BPO experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
  • Fluency in English and the local language
