About the role

Auxilia Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Angeles City, Pampanga. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to address their inquiries and concerns. What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers, actively listening to their needs, and providing prompt and effective solutions
  2. Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records accurately
  3. Resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
  4. Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  5. Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills
