About the role
Auxilia Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Angeles City, Pampanga. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to address their inquiries and concerns. This is a full-time role with the opportunity to join a growing and innovative company.
What you'll be doing
- Answering inbound calls from customers, actively listening to their needs, and providing prompt and effective solutions
- Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records accurately
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- A customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training
