About the Job:

As a Customer Service Representative for PrimeSync Solutions, you'll be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional service to guests of one of our esteemed clients in the hotel and resort industries. Your primary responsibility will be to assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and requests through various communication channels, ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing their overall experience. With your strong communication skills and attention to detail, you'll contribute to our commitment to excellence and help create memorable moments for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests of the hotel and resort through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist guests with reservations, bookings, and inquiries related to accommodations, dining, entertainment, and other amenities offered by the resort.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively convey information about promotions, events, and special offers to guests.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and security guidelines, to ensure compliance and protect guest information.
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance targets and customer service metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BPO or call center environment, preferably in a customer service role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine desire to enhance the guest experience.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or gaming industry is a plus.
