About the role

Corporate Visions Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of PHP 28,000 per month. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner
  2. Resolving customer issues and concerns by leveraging your product knowledge and problem-solving skills
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements to the management team
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent customer service experience
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think on your feet
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
  5. Demonstrable experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the call centre and customer service industry
  6. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
