Server/Waiter

As a Server/Waiter at Pound x Flatterie, you will be the face of our customer experience—delivering friendly, attentive service and ensuring each guest enjoys their visit from start to finish. You'll be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming, energetic dining atmosphere that reflects the brand's modern and stylish vibe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables
• Present menus and offer detailed information on food and beverage options
• Take accurate customer orders and input them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their meal
• Clear tables efficiently and reset them for new customers
• Handle billing and payment processes accurately
• Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests courteously
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
• Uphold the restaurant's brand image and service standards at all times
