About the role

As a Restaurant Manager at FOODEE GLOBAL CONCEPTS, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. This is a full-time position that requires hands-on leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of all restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and hosts
  • Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably by monitoring costs, inventory, and revenue
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure the restaurant adheres to all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Participate in recruitment, training, and development of restaurant staff
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar restaurant management role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in financial management, including budgeting and cost control
  • Thorough understanding of the Hospitality & Tourism industry, with specific experience in Management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
