  • Reponsible for a wide variety of duties in support of the Human Resources department at the assigned location.
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Identify quality candidates and schedule initial interviews adhering to departmental procedures.
  • Conduct initial interview and recommend candidates for final interviews with the designated final interviewer/Hiring Manager
  • Maintain continuous contact eith hiring managers informing them of the progress of identifying qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and assist in the employee onboarding
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Maintain necessary employee records, applicant information, performance evaluation information.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans.
  • Maintain employee files and records in HRIS
  • Responsible for process/monitoring daily timekeeping actions for schedules, rendered overtime, and night differentials
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • With at least 2-3years working experience in HR or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Mutitasking capabilities and great organizational skills
  • Initiative and problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
