HR Operations Specialist

Our team is seeking a detail-oriented professional to serve as a HR Generalist. As the primary point of contact for clinic staff, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing attendance, and preparing payroll data. In addition, you will provide administrative support, assist with job postings, and maintain internal SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate shift coverage during PTO, sick leave, or call-offs
  • Prepare and submit payroll data through our platform (biweekly)
  • Assist on-site staff in tracking and ordering of office and medical supplies for each location
Business Operations:
  • Track key client renewal dates and prepare employer reports

As an HR Generalist, you will also be responsible for conducting patient outreach for failed payments, missing registration items, or incomplete forms. You must have excellent spoken and written English, experience supporting U.S.-based companies in healthcare or operations, and be highly organized and detail-oriented.
