About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic HR team at Bizcom Solutions Inc. as an HR Assistant. In this full-time role, you will be based in General Luna, Surigao del Norte and play a key part in supporting the day-to-day HR operations of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the administration of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits management, and employee records maintenance
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating training sessions, and preparing HR documentation
  • Acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, and escalating issues to the appropriate HR team members as needed
  • Helping to implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Contributing to the development and delivery of HR-related initiatives and projects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience

What we're looking for

  • Relevant HR or administrative experience, preferably in a consultancy or generalist HR role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in using HR information systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)
  • A team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and compliance requirements
