Work as an HR Generalist to contribute to the growth of a digital marketing agency. In this role, your primary responsibilities include ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures while providing support across all facets of the Human Resource Department.

Your tasks will encompass coordinating, implementing, and overseeing compensation and benefits programs, as well as managing Human Resources projects and databases. Collaboration with the Human Resource Manager is essential for handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.

You will be responsible for analyzing market trends and assessing program guidelines to optimize benefits and compensation. Additionally, you are expected to devise and implement proactive HR initiatives related to employee relations, compensation, and benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures

Requirements
  • College graduate in Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • At least 6 months - 1 year of working experience in HR roles or similar positions
  • Understanding of HR principles and basic HR software
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to identify and propose solutions to HR issues
  • Accuracy in tasks such as data entry and documentation
  • Maintains confidentiality and adheres to ethical standards
