We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of People Operations Coordinator. This position supports the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Experience
    • Deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone at the organization.
    • Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and exploring opportunities to innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.
  • HR Administration
    • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
    • C coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence in Rippling, and performance reviews in Lattice.
    • Manage employee data in Rippling, our HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity and meeting employee experience processes (e.g., referral payments, sign-on bonuses).
  • Systems, Automation & Reporting
    • Ensure rigorous QA processes for all data entry tasks.
    • Develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
    • Ownership of the People Confluence space and HR Google Drive, keeping documents up-to-date and accurate.
    • Keep the People Ops playbook up to date with documented processes and links.
    • Lattice administration including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, and Impact Conversations via Updates.
    • Report on people initiatives as required, including Surveys, RAD Review Cycles, and Impact Conversations.
  • Employee Relations
    • Triage Zendesk tickets with a 24-hour response time across tickets.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
    • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.
    Requirements and Qualifications
    • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.
    • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
    • Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.

This role will be working remotely and on a fixed-term contract.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and People Experience.
