(No Salesforce admin duties)Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation toolsKnowledge of Enrichment APIs/ClaySkills in Data QA & dedupeGood Understanding of Data GovernanceGood To Have Qualifications:Experience with Marketo is a plusScripting/automation a plus (e.g., Workato/MAKE)Responsibilities:Own MAP build (program templates, nurtures, alerts), data hygiene, enrichment, and field standards across MAP/CRM.Implement regional enrichment strategy + phone validation tied to routing and persona coverage.Lead tooling governance for MOPs (intake, approval, periodic usage reviews) with IT/InfoSec and RevOps.Build data quality dashboards and remediation playbooks; support campaign ops with operational QA.Immediate Impact (30/60/90):30 days: Stand up data quality rules (field standardization, duplicate management) and enrichment waterfall by region; implement phone‑validation and stamp validity flags on records.60 days: Launch tool intake + 'amnesty' and consolidate enrichment & org‑mapping vendors; document approved stack and policy; instrument campaign QA checklist.90 days: Build source‑of‑truth schemas for person/account; automate MAP→CRM sync monitoring; reduce manual list ops via program templates/snippets.Success Metrics:% records with validated phone/email, enrichment completeness; duplicate rate reduction.Reduction in unapproved tools; adherence to approved stack; time saved per campaign build.Fewer MAP→CRM sync failures; increased match rates (personaccount).Addresses Pain Points:Directly tackles shadow IT and inconsistent contact quality.Integrates phone validation by region; reduces compliance risk and improves data feeding forecasts and outreach.Job Type: Full-timePay: Php523.81 per hourWork Location: Remote
