Enterprise Architect

Job description:

The role:

You will take ownership of the entire lifecycle of our solutions. This means you will design, build, and maintain production-grade automations and AI systems across a diverse range of client environments. You'll blend hands-on Python engineering with n8n orchestration, leveraging the Google ecosystem to deliver real business impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar senior technical role (minimum 5 years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of AI tools (e.g., Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS AI services)
  • Hands-on experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Mendix, OutSystems)
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Proficient in written and spoken English

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Brief → production cycle time
  • Hours/$ saved per automation (tracked)
  • Defect rate/MTTR and alert coverage
  • Adoption (active users, throughput) + sponsor NPS
  • Documentation completeness (diagram + SOP per deliverable)

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years with Python (FastAPI/Flask, asyncio, typing, packaging).
  • Production n8n (or Make/Zapier/Power Automate) with error handling & observability.
  • AI engineering: function/tool use, embeddings/vector stores, evaluation basics; OpenAI/Azure OpenAI; one agent framework (LangChain/LlamaIndex/AutoGen/CrewAI).
  • APIs & Data: REST/GraphQL, OAuth2, pagination/rate limits; SQL (Postgres/MySQL); ETL patterns.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Docker, GitHub Actions, IaC basics; deploy to Azure or AWS.
  • Microsoft ecosystem familiarity (Power Automate, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, Power BI).
  • Client-facing communication and crisp technical writing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php800.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
