About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Recruitment Officer I to join our dynamic team at DD Foods Inc'. In this full-time position based in Iloilo City, Iloilo, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition efforts, contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for various roles within the company
  2. Conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates
  3. Coordinating and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  5. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and provide tailored talent solutions
  6. Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to build a strong talent pipeline
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering quality outcomes
  4. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems
  5. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
  6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
