Summary

We are looking for an HR Officer to manage day-to-day human resources operations and provide general administrative support. This role will handle recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, compliance, and HR record management, while ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain and update HR records, timekeeping data, and reports.
  • Support payroll preparation and ensure compliance with labor standards.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and related documentation.
  • Manage office supplies and assist with general administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience with exposure to admin or operations support.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and other productivity tools (e.g., LinkedIn, HRIS, or timekeeping systems).
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Discreet, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
