What You'll Do:

  • Talent Sourcing & Generation – Use online platforms, creative ads, and strategic outreach to build a qualified talent pool
  • External Engagements – Represent Accentline at job fairs, school tie-ups, career talks, and government hiring initiatives
  • Candidate Screening – Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews for agent-level roles
  • Hiring Coordination – Manage endorsements, schedule interviews, and communicate outcomes to all parties
  • Job Offers & Documentation – Prepare offer letters and ensure accurate documentation in line with compliance standards
  • Collaboration & Calibration – Partner with other departments to align hiring profiles, expectations, and process improvements
  • Recruitment Reporting – Track daily and monthly metrics, maintain accurate applicant data and reports
  • Compliance & Records – Keep everything audit-ready with proper documentation and data privacy adherence.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field (Fresh grads welcome)
  • With or without recruitment experience.
  • Strong communication and interviewing skills
  • Familiarity recruitment platforms
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, and flexible under pressure
