Key Account Specialist

Job Description:
We're looking for a driven professional to manage and grow sales from assigned modern trade accounts. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, ensuring excellent in-store execution, and driving impactful promotional strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and maintain effective communication with assigned key modern trade accounts (e.g., supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores).
- Build and sustain strong relationships with buyers and category managers to foster account growth and collaboration.
- Ensure consistent product availability, visibility, and freshness in stores.
- Plan and execute promotions, displays, and in-store campaigns with marketing and trade teams.
- Track and analyze sell-in and sell-out performance; address gaps to meet sales targets.
- Negotiate trade terms, promotional deals, and account plans in line with company policies.
- Coordinate with supply chain and finance teams for timely order processing, deliveries, and invoicing.
- Quickly resolve in-store issues like out-of-stock situations, pricing errors, and display compliance.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and business updates to management.
- Conduct store visits and audits to ensure flawless execution and brand presence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Key Accounts or Modern Trade, preferably in a local distribution setup.
- Strong sales mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP for reporting and analysis.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results focused.
- Preferably with an established network of modern trade accounts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
