JOB FUNCTION:

  • Retain and grow a base of assigned accounts in Gov't space such as municipalities, barangays, school districts, etc.
  • Identify new opportunities, build and manage sales funnel, forecast, close deal and travel within the assigned territory.
  • Deliver B23 Target as agreed defined ( per channel, per customer);

  • Sales

  • Financials and Profitability
  • Inventory Management

  • Deliver on BU's Strategic Imperatives and Priorities.

  • Expanding Presence in Strategic Channel via New Customer Development

  • Improving Penetration in Strategic Channel via Assortment and Availability Improvement

  • Timely and Seamless Launch of New Products via inclusion in Strategic Channel within once month from commercial availability.

  • Next level Customer Management and Engagement
  • Timely and Seamless Execution of Agreed Marketing and Promotional Programs or Activities
  • Improving Customer Engagement thru Annual Join Business Planning
  • Develop a Culture where we can strive by actively demonstrating play to wins behaviors

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education : College Graduate – preferably completed a Business Management or

any related business course;

  • Experience – With a least 3 years solid experience in key account/sales management

in multinational pharmaceutical set-up; Excellent selling, negotiation and networking

skills; Sound understanding of local healthcare driver and implications on the portfolio.

  • Work Attributes: Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability

to utilize customer relationships and develop customer relationships to further business

opportunities; Ability to utilize extensive account knowledge to resolve issues

common to various customer segments

  • Good physical and mental health fit to work effectively in the field under irregular

work hours

  • Performs with highest degree of integrity and equally conform to the corporate

code of business conduct and policies on compliance.

  • Perform to contribute to be part of the winning team through high standard of

performance, self-development and learning.

  • Must willing to be transferred/assigned in different unit anywhere in the Philippines

as may be required by the business.
