
Key Accounts Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and build strong relationships with key accounts to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Responsible for achieving profitable sales volume and growth targets through opening new accounts, regular collaboration with clients, excellent customer service and quality execution of sales and marketing programs.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, proposing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their requirements and ensure service delivery is at its best.
- Builds rapport and goodwill by regularly visiting clients and collaborating with key personnel to ensure efficient customer service.
- Prepare, propose and implement business-partnership for each key account/outlet.
- Resolve customers inquiries or issues , and ensure proper follow-up to the final resolution within the stipulated time frame.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client's objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights that influence account strategies.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and sales management abilities.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong relationship-building and customer relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts while prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in competitor analysis and effective cold calling techniques.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City and can-do fieldwork around Metro Manila and provincial areas.
- Can drive with valid driver's license, a plus.
- Can start immediately.
