About the role

As a Call Center Agent - NON VOICE at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC', you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Metro Manila, where you will be responsible for handling non-voice customer inquiries and requests through various communication channels.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests through email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently
  3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus in all interactions
  4. Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on pending issues
  5. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
  6. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your skills

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent written communication skills in English
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
  4. Proficient in using computer software and various communication tools
  5. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
