POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position purpose: to provide exceptional Customer Service and Sales Support to the Customers, Sales Team and the National Sales Manager along with competent Administrative Support.

Main tasks

Core objectives include:

Outbound Telemarketing – follow warm and cold leads calling pharmacies to introduce company products, as well as maintain relationships with current customers. Manage your own territory nationally, with data analytics provided to help achieve bonus sales incentives.

Inbound Customer Service – process phone orders, respond to credit requests, account queries, deals, order enquiries and complaint resolution.

Sales support – appointment setting and administrative assistance to Sales Representatives, CRM data maintenance. The above list is not exhaustive, and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers. The ideal candidate will also offer competent administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Telemarketing: Follow up on warm and cold leads by calling pharmacies to introduce products and build ongoing relationships with existing customers. Manage your own national territory with support from data analytics to help achieve bonus sales incentives.
  • Inbound Customer Service: Handle incoming calls to process phone orders, respond to credit requests, account inquiries, deals, order status, and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with appointment setting, administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate CRM data.

  • Log calls accurately in our Call Log System

  • Coordinate with other business units and branches
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Provide clear and helpful information to customers and internal teams
  • Address customer complaints and work towards resolutions
  • Handle escalated issues requiring in-depth problem solving
  • Facilitate booking requests and cancellations
  • Manage walk-in customers at the Pier site or branches
  • Respond to emails and social media inquiries.

Salary Range: P20k to P25K
